Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. Unless the original complaining party files a court action seeking an injunction against the material, we will restore the material in 10 to 14 business days.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
